Please note these are contingency plans for foul weather and are being posted so that you will be able to know what actions will take place if one or more of the following scenarios occur. Severe Thunderstorms at start time: If severe thunderstorms are occurring at start time, the start may be delayed up to 1 hour. After the 1 hour rain delay the event may be run as scheduled, canceled or shortened. Chance of occurrence is low given historic weather data. Arkansas
